This policy explains what Cornerstone Ecommerce LLC collects, why, and what we do with it — in plain English, because that's the whole brand.

What we collect

• Information you give us: name, email, phone, business name, messages you send, and your answers to the business assessment.
• Usage data: privacy-respecting analytics (pages visited, referrers). We aim to operate without invasive tracking; we do not run third-party advertising pixels on this site.

How we use it

• To respond to inquiries and deliver services you purchase.
• To generate your assessment results and, with your consent, email them to you.
• To send our newsletter if you opted in — every email has a working unsubscribe link.
• To prioritize follow-up (assessment answers produce an internal lead score).

What we don't do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information. Ever.
• We do not share it with third parties except service providers needed to operate (hosting, email delivery, payments), under their own confidentiality obligations.

Retention

We keep lead and client records while they're useful for serving you, and delete on request (below) unless we're legally required to retain them (e.g., invoices for tax records).

Your rights

Email hello@footingadvisors.com to access, correct, or delete your data, or to unsubscribe from everything. We honor requests within 30 days.

Cookies

The site uses only cookies necessary for it to function (and none for cross-site advertising). That's why there's no cookie banner circus.

Children

The site is for adults building businesses and is not directed at children under 13; we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

Updates appear on this page with a new date; material changes get a note at the top.
