Terms of Service
Last updated: July 18, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Footing Advisors website and services provided by Cornerstone Ecommerce LLC (“Cornerstone,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or purchasing services, you agree to them.
1. Services
We provide business consulting and preparation services (business formation preparation, website development, business planning, and funding readiness) as described on our services page. Each paid engagement is governed by a written service agreement and statement of work, which control over these terms if they conflict.
2. What we are not
We are not a law firm, accounting firm, tax advisor, lender, loan broker, credit repair organization, or investment advisor. We prepare filings and documents at your direction and organize your business profile; we do not practice law, issue or place credit, or repair credit. Content on this site and guidance in our services is educational and general in nature. Decisions about legal structure, taxes, and finances should be confirmed with licensed professionals.
3. No guaranteed outcomes
We promise defined deliverables on defined timelines. We do not promise — and you should not expect — any specific revenue, ranking, funding, or business result. Any assessment score, recommendation, or roadmap is informational.
4. Payments and refunds
Prices are as published on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual property
Site content is owned by Cornerstone Ecommerce LLC. For client engagements: upon full payment, you own the final deliverables produced for you; we retain our pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how and license them to you as embedded in your deliverables.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no unlawful use, no scraping at abusive volume, no attempting to breach security, no submitting false information through our forms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the site or services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes is Essex County, Massachusetts, where the company operates.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date will change and material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use after changes is acceptance.
