Refund Policy

Entry sessions & audits ($249–$750)

If we fail to deliver what's scoped — the session, the written roadmap, the audit document — you get a full refund, no argument. If we delivered it and you're simply unhappy with the conclusions, tell us why; if your complaint is reasonable, we'll refund you anyway. We'd rather lose $500 than argue about it.

Packages ($1,950–$9,500)

Packages are milestone-based. You can cancel at any point and receive a refund for every milestone not yet begun. Work already performed and accepted isn't refundable — but you keep everything produced up to that point.

Retainers

Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing month. We don't refund the in-progress month (the work is happening), and we never bill past your cancellation. No cancellation fees, no retention scripts.

Digital products

14-day refund window, no questions asked — email us your order info.
